✓ Designing

This is the very start of the Installation for fire suppression, knowing how many sprinklers, the water pressure in the pipes, the pipe sizing, and knowing what size the pump should be is all part of the designing process to create the proper suppression system in different establishments and structures.

Our Designing Services include:

I. Sprinkler Head Layout

Getting the sprinkler head layouts is crucial to ensure your area has full coverage of sprinkler systems. The type of hazard was also considered when designing the sprinkler head layout.

Light Hazards: Area with low concentrations of flammable materials. Distance of 15 feet from each sprinkler. W/ area coverage of 130 to 200 sq ft/head.

Ordinary Hazards 1 & 2: Area with moderate concentrations of flammable materials. Distance of 15 feet from each sprinkler. W/ area coverage of 130 sq ft/head.

Extra Hazard 1 & 2:Area with high concentrations of flammable materials. Distance of 15 feet from each sprinkler. W/ area coverage of 90 to 130 sq ft/head.

II. Fire Pump Design

The most critical part of designing is determining the type of pump to use. All fire pumps perform the basic function of delivering adequate pressure to your firefighting systems to ensure a steady supply of water.

Horizontal split case pumps – are fire pumps that are easily found in most high-rise buildings. Popular for being easy to use and having quick access to all working parts

Vertical split case pumps – The same working principle with horizontal slipcase pumps however one-of-a-kind as it becomes in a vertical orientation. An area saver for small areas. Most favored for flood-inclined areas.

Vertical in-line pumps – Is a vertical motor orientation like vertical cut-up case pumps. Comes with a compact and smaller design. Also, area saver because it comes with an in-line mounting.

Vertical turbine pumps – are pumps that use water from nearby water tanks or other water sources in case a fire occurs. This pump works by transporting the water up the pipe toward the pump discharge

III. Stand Pipe Design

Standpipe is designed to help firefighters extinguish flames and help them in their rescue operations. It was designed for the high floors of the building where the fight fighters cannot reach.

✓ Project Estimation and Quotation

The costs of the project are estimated through the design. To fulfill the requirements of the design, estimation of the number of materials needed as well as what kind of material is to be used will be taken into consideration, the cost ranges differently depending on what kind of material is to be used on the project and how many of such material is to be used.

✓ Logistics and Transportation

Our services would include mobilizing the materials to the designated location of the project.

✓ Installation

Installation of the fire suppression system would be dealt with in a manner of construction, tools such as a jackhammer and shovels would be used to lay the pipes and wrenches to connect the pipes. Pipe fitting is also used to connect 2 metal pipes and other tools to connect the pipe with one another and connect the pipes to the ceiling to make them hang.

Our Installation Services Include:

I. Pipe Laying – Where pipes are laid under the flooring (Ground zero) or above the floor (Existing).

II. Pipe Fitting – Pipes are welded to connect 2 metal pipes.

III. Pipe Threading (Roscas) – it is another way to connect 2 metal pipes by threading them using a threading tool.

IV. Pipe Mounting – Pipes are mounted above by the use of brackets and hangers.

✓ Testing and Commissioning

Once all parts of the Fire suppression have been installed, the fire suppression system will be tested. One sprinkler bulb will be tested to see if the system delivers the correct amount of water pressure and if the pump is working correctly.
